After Christmas Eve mass, we headed over to Memaw and Papa's house. This is the big night the boys had been waiting for, with a visit from Santa Claus. We were sure to spread out our reindeer food that Garrett made at school(and we helped Grant make some at home). That way, the reindeer would see the glitter and smell and oats and know exactly where to land. Garrett and Grant had a front row seat for Santa's visit. We sang songs with Santa and enjoyed the time he spent passing out gifts to the extended family. Garrett got a "Cars 2" car, a book, and Woody! Grant got a "Cars 2" car, a book, and Buzz Lightyear. Both the boys did great with Santa and they were willing to sit on his lap for an extended amount of time and get their pictures taken too. When Santa pulled Buzz Lightyear out of his big red bag, Grant jumped up and said "that's mine!" It was cute. After Santa left, we were able to capture some pictures with other family members and candid shots of family enjoying the night.
