Places we've been.........

On New Year's Day, it is a tradition to go to the movies with our family.  The boys, myself and aunt Tina chose to see The Muppet's this year. 

Tina and Eagle invited Garrett to go see the Monster Truck show when it came to town.  Below are a few pictures of the boys trying on the ear phone protectors that Bub took along with him.  Since I was not there, I obviously do not have any pictures from the actual show.  Needless to say, Garrett LOVED the truck show and now has a passion for monster trucks. Grant also is super interested and they have managed to collect many of the trucks and they both have memorized the monster trucks' names.  Some of the names are pretty off the wall, so this task is rather impressive!

We made a couple of UE basketball games this year.  Daddy went to a handful, Bub and Mommy went to 2, and Granty made the last one with us.  We got balloons from the clowns on our way in during both games.  The last game, the boys went down to the court with Grandma Hamilton and Brittany to give out high five to the players and cheerleaders.  Aunt Tina bought them a UE basketball and we got popcorn and M&M's too! It was a good night.

The boys also enjoyed a night out with Aunt Britt and Lala.  They went to an Iceman hockey game.  It was the game where all children received a free jersey.  They were super excited about their jerseys and talked about the game for days.  They are eager to go back, but will have to wait until next season.

Grant looks super tired here, but Britt and Lala said he was mesmerized!
