1 YEAR OLD
Friday, December 19th, Garrett turned one! We are having a birthday party for Garrett after Christmas, so we decided on his actual b-day, we would visit Santa and go to dinner. Well, like always, he loved the dinner part. However,the Santa visit was a different story. We went to the 4-H Fair and drove through to look at all the lights(which he enjoyed) and then went inside to "Santa's Workshop". Garrett seemed to love everything inside the building, except Santa! Maybe next year! There were lots of trees, lights, fake moving animals, trains, rocking chairs, a bar serving cookies and hot chocolate, and different areas of Christmas scenes set up! Lilly and Luke were also there! They enjoyed looking at everything together:)
Santa comes to Grandma and Grandpa DeWeese's house on Christmas Eve - we will see if that goes any better............probably not! I will keep you all posted with more news and pictures after Christmas.

Happy 1st Birthday Garrett! I can't believe it has been a year already. We hope to get to see you soon before you get too big. Enjoy your visit from Santa Claus (if that is possible!). Merry Christmas! :)
