Bub's Birthday at school

Garrett had a great time celebrating his birthday at school.  We made a special snack to share with his friends.  They were snowmen and reindeer made from small white powder and chocolate donuts.  See below pictures for the final result.  Thanks to Grandma Hamilton for helping us put them together. Garrett was in charge of the red M&M nose on the reindeer.  They turned out really cute and the children loved them.
We do a special birthday celebration at school.  So, Garrett got to wear his birthday crown, carry the globe, and walk around the sun.(technically suppose to be 4 times since he is four, but it ended up being many more laps.) As he walks, I tell a story about the day he was born and things that have happened since then.  At the end of the story, the birthday boy got to bend next to the candle(sun) and let his friends sing "Happy Birthday" to him.  Then, he blows out the candle.  This day, he also got to share show-n-tell and lead us in prayer. It was a good day:)
