When we left the hospital in Louisville, Garrett's weight was down to 8 lbs 5 oz. Garrett saw his pediatrician, Dr. Ransdell, in Evansville on December 27th 2007. Only four days out of the hospital, Garrett was already back to his birth weight, 9 lbs 3 oz. He had also grown 1/4 inch. The doctor classified Garrett as an "efficient eater" and everything looked good.
