4 Months Old

It seems crazy to say that Garrett is already 4 months old. It is so amazing to us how he has changed, grown, and developed in such a short time. Not only have his features changed, but his little personality continues to blossom. He loves hats, glasses, chewing toys, and faces(especially familiar ones). Garrett lights up with lots of excitement when Daddy comes home for lunch or gets home after work. Sometimes it's hard to tell who is more excited, Garrett or Kevin!

Garrett's head control is doing great! Now each day, instead of so much "tummy time", Garrett loves to sit and play in his exersaucer. When we first tried out the new toy, his "little" toes could barely reach. Within about 2 weeks, his feet are reaching and he plays with the toys surrounding the exersaucer. Lots of color and sound - YES!!! Also, Garrett rolled over twice in the last two days - what a milestone:)

My favorite things are still when Garrett smiles and tucks his head back toward his neck as if he were playing shy. But, hands down, the best thing is when he laughs out loud. We can really get him going now! And in the end, Kev and I are laughing as hard as Garrett! Good times:)

He has a 4 month check next Tuesday. I will keep you posted with his new measurements!
